Descripción
Haitianos heridos y aturdidos estaban sentados en las calles hoy,
rogando por ayuda, mientras que miles seguían atrapados
en toneladas de escombros dejados por el terremoto
más violento en azotar el país en más de 200 años.
La extensión de la destrucción causada por el sismo
de 7 de magnitud de ayer no estaba clara y estimar
el número de víctimas era imposible, salvo los muertos
que yacían entre miles de edificios derrumbados
en la capital haitiana.
Para la Cruz Roja Internacional, habrá unos 3 millones de afectados.
Oremos cada uno según nuestras propias creencias y modos.
